The US-China Review Vol. 50, No. 2 covered many new interesting articles. One such article was about Oliver Barber, a high school junior from Maple Valley, Washington. Barber attended a Chinese language and culture program in Shanghai and his trip sponsored by USCPFA. He wrote about his schedule and how he fully immersed himself in Chinese culture and lifestyle. His trip even turned him into somewhat of a local celebrity, where he was asked for selfies and played basketball with university students.
The Review has many other fulfilling articles and also has News Briefs, Film Reviews, Book Reviews, and Chapter and Regional News. If you unfortunately couldn't make the annual Chinese New Year dinner, there is even an article about that too, written by our fellow member Mike Revzin.
